Where are you located?

You can find us at #2120, 11 Royal Vista Drive NW. We are located right next to the GIMSAP African food store.

How long will my graze box last?

We always recommend consuming your graze box the day you receive it however our boxes can last up to 2 days. Please note, some condensation will occur over night and cause some crunchy items like nuts to be a little softer. Don't worry about your crackers though, we always keep them wrapped to ensure a crunchy bite every time!

How should I serve my graze box?

We recommend letting your graze box sit out at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving. The cheeses and meats are most flavourful at room temperature.

What is in my graze box?

Every graze box we make is one of a kind! We are always changing ingredients according to availability and season. For a general breakdown, heres what you can expect:

Small Cheese & Charcuterie Graze: 2 cheeses, 2 meats, 1 spread, crackers, fresh fruits, preserved and pickled veg, nuts, seasonal garnishes.

Medium Cheese & Charcuterie Graze: 4 cheeses, 3 meats, 1 spread, crackers, fresh fruits, preserved and pickled veg, nuts, seasonal garnishes.

Large Cheese & Charcuterie Graze: 6 cheeses, 4 meats, 2 spreads, 2 sleeves of crackers, fresh fruits, preserved and pickled veg, nuts, seasonal garnishes.

Do you cater to allergies and dietary preferences?

Yes! Our boxes are available as Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegan and Vegetarian. We are also able to cater to Nut Free and Pork Free, please send us an email if your dietary request is not available.

Please note, although we take every precaution to prepare allergy friendly boxes we unfortunately cannot guarantee they are free from cross contamination due to the nature of our business. Our kitchen and our vendors kitchens use common allergens daily making it hard for us to guarantee an allergen free environment. Please send us an email if you have any questions about our allergy procedures.

Can I pickup outside of the time frame given?

If our pickup timing does not work for you please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver everywhere in Calgary as well as Airdrie and Cochrane. Sorry if we can't make it out to you. We hope to expand to include more delivery cities soon!

What happens if I need to cancel my order?

Please let us know ASAP if you need to cancel your order. Unfortunately we cannot refund fresh food product orders that give us less than 24 hours notice. If you need to cancel your grazing table please provide us with a weeks notice to ensure a full refund of your deposit.

Can you deliver my order earlier or later than your given time frame?

Please contact us if our delivery timing does not work for you. We will always do our best to accommodate a different time within reason.

Is there an order minimum for delivery?

Yes! Our local delivery does require a minimum $25 spend.
